Airport and boarding procedures (Domestic)
Complete check-in and baggage drop 30 minutes before departure and security screening 20 minutes before departure.
Steps to boarding

Check-in
Have your booking reference ready and collect your boarding pass at a self-service kiosk or airport counter.

Drop off baggage
After collecting your boarding pass, drop off checked baggage at the baggage counter. Keep fragile items and valuables in your carry-on baggage.

Security screening
Your boarding pass, carry-on baggage and person will be screened. Follow staff instructions for drinks and electronic devices.

Proceed to the gate
Be at the gate no later than 10 minutes before departure. Staff will announce the boarding order.
Checked baggage
In Economy, up to 20 kg in total is checked free of charge per passenger. There is no item limit, but each piece must weigh no more than 32 kg and measure no more than 203 cm in total dimensions.
Excess baggage charges are collected at the airport counter. Baggage may not be accepted when hold space is limited.
Carry-on baggage
One personal item plus one carry-on bag, weighing no more than 10 kg in total and measuring no more than 115 cm in total dimensions.
Special baggage
Check skis, snowboards, climbing equipment, musical instruments and pushchairs at the baggage counter. Travelling with a pet requires an advance request after booking.
